Member Support Program

Montgomery Water & Light offers a Support Program for members who have fallen on hard times. It is a year-round assistance program funded by a state-mandated charge added to all Montgomery Water & Light members’ bills.

Montgomery Water & Light Credit Department

We are always willing to work with our members. Because of the lien right in our district, all extension requests must come from the owner or manager of the property. Once we receive permission from them, we are more than happy to assist you. To make a credit arrangement, please email our Billing Department.
