Bette Otteson hails from Region 8 and has been a Board Member since 2019. She serves on the Budget, Finance, and Audit Committee.
Bette currently works at the Bank of Eastern Oregon. Her experience includes consumer and commercial credit and office administration. She received her associate degree in finance from Reed College.
Bette is a member of the Habitat for Humanity board and regularly volunteers at the Providence Portland Medical Center. She enjoys spending her free time hiking with her 2 dogs and swimming.
