Application & Selection of Winners

• The deadline to submit an application and an essay for the 2023 Youth Tour is August 11, at 10 a.m..
• Montgomery Water & Light team members will review the applications and select approximately 20 finalists to conduct an oral presentation on a specific subject on September 1.
• Eight winners and an alternate will be selected from a panel of five judges.
